Tristel
Generator
The
continuous generation of chlorine dioxide, at concentrations that are
set by the user and can be varied at the touch of a button, is
unique. Precise control of the chlorine dioxide level,
validated by a chlorine dioxide specific probe, enables the generator
to surpass all other generator systems available.
|
|
Features
• Continuous generation of chlorine dioxide from sodium
chlorite and citric acid
• Instantaneous / continuous production
• Handling capacity: 0.05 – 2ppm at up to 550,000
litres per hour
• ClO2 probe for validation
• Over-range protection and alarm system
• Fault condition – common alarm via volt-free
contact
• Compatible with most commercial flow meters
• 1,10,25,100 selective flow meter range
• Internal injection point
• Integral logging facility
• Printer (optional)
• 100-240v, 50-60Hz, 180W
• Battery back-up
• Light weight – 35 kilos
• Compact (800mm x 500mm x 200mm)

The TTec2000 Dosing Unit has been exclusively
developed for the automatic generation of Tristel
Technologies’ unique chlorine dioxide solutions.
The TTec2000 is used for injecting controlled amounts of chlorine dioxide
into water for control of biofilm growth in systems, water
disinfection, taste and odour control, and chemical oxidation of
certain water and waste water contaminants.
|
|
Functions:
The TTec2000 Dosing Unit has a sophisticated
programmable electronic controller. The Controller signals the pumps to
dose an exact volume of Base and Activator into the mixer chamber where
chlorine dioxide is released into solution.
Once the
mixer chamber is fully charged with the required ratio of the Base and
Activator solution, any injection of chemical into the mixer chamber
results in the discharge of chlorine dioxide solution from the mixer
into the water supply. The volume of solution injected into the mixer
corresponds to the volume of chlorine dioxide solution injected into
the water supply.

Tristel
Technologies TTec250
Data sheet
The TTec250 Dosing Unit has also been developed
for the automatic generation of Tristel Technologies’ unique
chlorine dioxide solutions. The TTec250 is used for injecting
controlled amounts of chlorine dioxide into water for control of
biofilm growth in systems, water disinfection, taste and odour control,
and chemical oxidation of certain water and waste water contaminants.
|
|
Functions:
The TTec250 Dosing Unit doses active chlorine
dioxide solution into water by volumetric flow.
This
dosing is controlled by means of a volt free pulse from a water metre
or other flow measuring device which generates a volt-free pulse
proportional to water flow.
The
pump unit doses precise volumes of Base and Activator solution in the
correct ratio. Thus providing an active solution which is injected into the water supply.

Tristel Technologies – AANE
Tristel Technologies chlorine dioxide based
products require activation for many applications. The
Automated Activation Non-Electric (AANE) system is a hands-free,
simple, and convenient way to achieve this activation.
Developed in response to customer needs for a non-electric activation
system, the ANNE is designed to automatically prepare an activated
solution of Tristel Technologies' chlorine dioxide based products at a
desired concentration.
|
|
Features:
• Requires no electricity
• Low cost system that
eliminates manual mixing
• Ensures consistent activation
• Easy to install
• Automatically refills
reservoir with fresh active product as needed
• Designed for continuous and or
large volume requirements
• Only one water connection is
required to provide activation
Applications:
• Horticulture – fruit
& vegetables and salad processing
• Agriculture – dairy,
poulty, and animal confinement areas
• Food processing plants
– biofilm removal, flume water treatment |
