The Board actively engages with shareholders at least three times a year in a forum which allows Executive Management and the Board to discuss progress, articulate plans and hear investors views. The Company’s broker and PR advisors provide written investor feedback after all presentations and meetings which are circulated to the Board so that investor views can be heard and acted upon.
In addition to these face-to-face meetings, the Board seeks to set expectations and communicate the Company’s intentions to shareholders via a collaboration with the Company’s analyst before forecasts are set, through the narratives within the Annual Report and announcements made through the Regulatory News Service. The Board takes shareholder feedback very seriously and seeks to gauge investor sentiment via communication with the Company’s NOMAD and by closely following write ups on the Company by journalists, by monitoring popular online bulletin boards and via indirect communication with shareholders through its PR advisors and directly via its website messaging facility.
